Latest Hales Heroes Draw Winners Announced

Hales Homecare are proud to announce their latest Hales Heroes Draw winners for 2022.

The winning care workers each received the coveted Award for Excellence certificate, and £1000 cash prize.

For the second quarter of 2022, the winners are from Ipswich, Scunthorpe, Leeds, and Peterborough.

Now on its fifth year, the Hales Heroes award scheme aims to recognise existing Hales care workers for their dedication and commitment, encourage improvements, and reward those who go above and beyond.

The awards have been a terrific way of highlighting the incredible service care workers provide, promoting independence and allowing people to live normal lives.

Helen Thorpe, the Leeds Branch Manager, was full of praise for July’s winner Ruslan Pisockyi: “Ruslan has worked in the Leeds branch since May 2017. He has always given 100 percent when he is out working in the field, has built great relationships with his clients and colleges.”

“Ruslan is always willing to help where he can and has a good relationship with the office team. He is exceptionally reliable, and a real asset to the Leeds branch.”

Charlotte Snell, the Peterborough Branch Manager, had this to say about August’s winner Wanda Robson: “Wanda is a hard-working carer. She is always supporting the team to ensure the safety of our service users. She is a truly kind and bubbly person, and we are incredibly lucky to have her working with us.”
